Rafael Samper-Ternent, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and an Adjunct Associate Professor at McGovern Medical School. He also serves as Director of the Clinical Research and Innovations Core at the UTHealth Houston Institute on Aging. A geriatrician and health services researcher, Dr.
