Dr. Renee J. Flores is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physician in geriatric and internal medicine with over a decade of clinical experience. As an associate professor in the Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, she is a dedicated educator and mentor, shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Her passion for inclusive medical education is reflected in her role as faculty advisor for the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA), where she supports aspiring physicians and advocates for culturally responsive care. Dr. Flores is committed to advancing health equity and increasing representation in medicine—especially within the Hispanic community.
