Mariana Ruiz-Posada is President of Dueanna Wealth Associates and a Certified Family Business Specialist through the American College. With over 28 years in the financial services industry, she is a passionate advocate for increasing financial literacy in the Latinx community—especially in estate planning and holistic financial strategies for professionals and business owners.

A proud Colombian-American, Mariana holds a BA in Economics from Queens College (CUNY) and brings a bicultural perspective to her work. She has presented to leading organizations including the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Medical Association, and Telemundo, empowering communities with tools for financial stability.

Her accolades include Top of the Council with MassMutual, MDRT qualification, and Agent of the Year for MassMutual Greater Houston. Mariana is deeply committed to excellence, community engagement, and family life—values she’s upheld since migrating to the U.S. at age 13 and throughout her journey as a wife and mother of two.
