Claudia Rojas is the Founder and CEO of Real Time Analytics, where she leads the development of AI-driven platforms—including SARA Recruitment, SARA BI, and SARA Invoices—to help organizations make faster, smarter decisions through data. With over 30 years of experience in technology and analytics, she specializes in business development, marketing strategy, and CRM.
She also serves as Partner and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Procalidad S.A.S., and previously founded the Colombia Texas Chamber of Commerce to foster cross-border trade and collaboration. Her career includes leadership roles at IBM, Compaq, IHS (now S&P Global), and Naudit HPCN, with a focus on expanding operations across Latin America.
Claudia holds a Master’s in Marketing from Universidad de Los Andes, a degree in Industrial Design from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and certifications in Machine Learning & AI Product Management from Duke University and Business Scaling from Stanford University.
